In general under the investment program, the best option is to apply for Start-up visa if you can meet certain requirements.
To qualify you need to:
- Have a qualifying business
- Demonstrate intermediate knowledge in both English or French (CLB5)
- Obtain a letter of support from a designated institution (receive a minimum funding of $200,000 CAD from Venture Capital organization, or $75,000 CAD from an approved Angel Investor, or Business Incubator).
- Have sufficient funds to settle in Canada
